Terms & Conditions

1. Open to residents of the UK mainland only.
2. Prize draw is only open to those aged 18 or over.
3. Closing date for free prize draw 1st October 2010. Claims received after the closing date cannot be accepted.
4. Winners will be picked at random from all entries received on 4th October 2010.
5. Winners will be notified within 21 days of closing date by either email or phone.
6. If the prize is not claimed within 21 days of notification, another prize winner will be drawn and the original prize winner forfeits the prize.
7. The prize winners' names will be available after 29th October 2010 - send a SAE to: Tamara Drewe promotion, Ringwood Brewery, 138 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, Hants, BH24 3AP.
8. First prize: A three night self catering weekend break for a couple or family of four at a four star cottage, courtesy of Bosinver Farm Cottages, near St. Austell Cornwall. Available Fridays to Mondays, from 31/10/2010 to 31/03/2011 excluding half terms, Christmas and New Year.
9. Second prize: A three night self-catering weekend break for a winner and up to three guests at the four star Rudge Farm, Bridport, Dorset. Available from 01/10/2010 - 31/03/2011 excluding half terms, Christmas and New Year.
10. Third prize: A three night self catering weekend break for a family of four at a three star cottage, courtesy of Cardsmill Farm Holidays, near Bridport, Dorset. Available Fridays to Mondays, from 01/10/2010 - 31/03/2011 excluding half terms, Christmas and New Year.
11. Fourth prize includes: A two night self-catering break for a couple at the four star Church Farm Stables, Dorchester. Available from 01/10/2010 - 30/11/2010; 2011 (dates by arrangement).
12. Fifth prize: A three night self catering break for two people, including a farm tour, at Shepherds Hut at Higher Bodley Farm, Barnstaple, Devon. Available from 01/10/2010 - 31/03/2011 excluding half terms, Christmas and New Year.
13. Sixth prize: 1 x Private screening of Tamara Drewe for a winner and up to 19 guests.
14. The screening will be arranged at a mutually convenient cinema and time agreed by the winner and Momentum Pictures; subject to site availability.
15. Screenings may be limited to 18:00 for 18:30 Monday to Thursday and 10:00 for 10:30 at weekends. Friday screenings are unavailable.
16. A minimum of two weeks is required to arrange any screenings.
17. In the event that a print for Tamara Drewe is unavailable, Momentum Pictures reserves the right to replace the screening with another film.
18. This offer only applies to Tamara Drewe at the participating cinema.
19. There is no late admittance allowed. In the event of a dispute, the cinema manager's decision is final.
20. Strictly no recording in the theatre.
21. There are 10 x runners up prizes of Posy Simmonds illustrated books and 10 x Tamara Drewe film posters.
22. All prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced by one of equal or greater value.
23. One entry per household.
24. There is no cash alternative.
25. All prizes are non transferable and non refundable.
26. Promoter's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
27. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
28. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
29. Prize draw not open to employees of Marston's PLC, Cartwheel Holidays, Momentum Pictures or their agencies.
30. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
31. We do not accept any responsibility for any entries that are lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunication failures or faults of any kind including any hardware, programming code, databases or software which has been used in any of the competitions.
